Fishing is by any method but no maggots. Useful flies are as those used at the Bala end. This is a superb beat with lovely pools. Salmon anglers do well here at the back end of the season. When spinning can prove to be productive. There is room for a few cars in the parking area by the bridge. at Llandderfel. The Bryntirion Inn sells club tickets and welcomes cold, hungry and thirsty anglers, waders and all, throughout the day. They serve hot drinks and food all day.

If you  would like 4 star luxury then nearby Palé Hall is for you. They are open to non residents and serve morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
